Registration

Registration is done only in the  prescribed application form. A preliminary rank list shall be prepared by the DEB, after interaction with the applicants if necessary and in accordance with the norms prescribed by the Government, Diocese, Executive Committee, UGC, University, AICTE, MCI, NCTE and other relevant bodies.

The preliminary Rank list shall be published in the Diocesan Office and in the DEB website. Corrections, if any, in the said list shall be brought to the notice of the Convener of the DEB, in writing, within 15 days from the date of publication of the preliminary  rank list. The final rank list shall be published within another 15 days and this list, published in the Diocesan Office and the website of the DEB, shall come into effect immediately.

As soon as a new final rank list is prepared, the existing list, if any, will cease to be valid. However, the existing seniority lists available for the teaching and non teaching posts in the Corporate Management schools of the Diocese, shall continue to be valid till they get exhausted. Accordingly, the new rank list prepared for the teaching and non teaching posts in schools shall be incorporated below the existing seniority list.

Updating due to higher qualification

Registered candidates in the list who acquire higher qualification, of any sort, in accordance with the prescribed norms for the post concerned may present those details to the Convener of the DEB, as and when they acquire them. The DEB shall incorporate those details after due verification and accordingly the existing rank list shall be updated.

Change of Address

Change of address of a registered candidate, shall be brought to the notice of the DEB in writing and the same shall be attended to immediately.
