Dear friends, Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is my pleasant privilege to introduce and dedicate the Diocesan Employment Bureau (DEB) in the service of people of our diocese. God has been merciful in developing a number of educational institutions over the past several years. The economic and spiritual growth of the people of this district is largely due to these academic and technological institutions. No doubt, our objective is to make these institutions as 'institutions of excellence'. It should also be noted that the technology has developed and the expectations of the people are also different from the past. A very fair and just method of appointments made in our institutions will go long way in our effort to move towards excellence. I am sure God has blessed our diocese by making a constitutional provision for starting an employment bureau by which a centralized selection procedure will be adopted and recommended to the various boards. A very good team of honest and experienced people are appointed to do the job. I wish and pray for God’s guidance and blessing in this venture.
